We have always posted press releases about the latest developments in our campaigns to reform America’s failing child welfare systems. And when we have big news to share, we send it out via e-mail to our network of supporters.
But these updates aren’t quite a complete picture of what goes on at Children’s Rights. For every major development that makes the big headlines, there are lots of smaller ones that make up the real heart of our work. Often things happen on the child welfare scene — sometimes related directly to our cases and projects and sometimes not — that might not quite warrant a press release or an op-ed, but on which we definitely have a point of view. Sometimes there might just be an article about the issues we follow that we think might be of interest to you.
So that’s the kind of thing you’ll find here. We’ll update it every week or so — or more, if we’ve got more to say. You can either come back here to read it or subscribe via RSS or e-mail. And if something you read here inspires you to get in touch with us, we hope you’ll feel free to do so.
Hope you find it interesting, and hope to see you back here soon.
