They're Remembered: Messages for Children at Dilley

Send Hope to Children at Dilley This Valentine's Day

Right now, children are inside the Dilley detention facility, separated from everything familiar.

They miss their friends, their schools, their families—everything that made them feel safe. The life they knew. The childhood they should be living.

Our attorneys have heard it again and again—as Gustavo Santiago shared—these children are afraid they will be forgotten.

While kids across the country are exchanging valentines this week, the children at Dilley need to know someone is thinking of them, too.

Our attorneys are on site this week, meeting with families. Your words, your children’s drawings, your messages of hope will bring them hope. Share your messages by Monday, February 16.
