Danielle B. Rosenthal joined Children’s Rights in 2018. Previously, she practiced as a litigation associate at Robbins Russell Englert Orseck Untereiner & Sauber LLP. Before then, Ms. Rosenthal clerked for the Honorable Jan E. DuBois of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Honorable Thomas L. Ambro of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Ms. Rosenthal received her B.S. degree in 2009 from Cornell University and her J.D. from Yale Law School in 2013. At Yale, She was actively involved in the Ethics Bureau, which writes amicus briefs and provides pro bono advice to lawyers in matters involving issues of professional responsibility. Ms. Rosenthal has published in a number of law journals, including the Stanford Law Journal, the Stanford Journal of Complex Litigation, and the Yale Journal of Health Policy, Law & Ethics.
