Kara Morrow
Before joining Children’s Rights in 2008, Kara Morrow was a litigation associate in the New York office of international law firm Clifford Chance LLP, where she worked on matters ranging from a large-scale global securities class action to pro bono representation of a criminal defendant in New York City. Previously, Ms. Morrow served as a litigation associate at the international law firm Shearman & Sterling LLP. Prior to earning her J.D., Ms. Morrow served as a legal assistant for the Clinton/Gore ‘96 General Election Committee, and also worked for The Apostles’ House, where she managed cases of child abuse and neglect under the auspices of New Jersey’s Department of Youth and Family Services.
Ms. Morrow received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law. While in law school, she served as Editor of the Journal of Law and Social Change, and also as a Child Advocate in the Penn Law Interdisciplinary Child Advocacy Clinic. Ms. Morrow holds a B.A. from Georgetown University.
