Jodi Miller

Before joining Children’s Rights in 2010, Jodi Miller was a litigation associate in the New York office of the law firm Morrison & Foerster LLP, where she represented clients in numerous consumer fraud and antitrust class action cases. While in private practice, Ms. Miller also took on a number of pro bono cases, including the representation of an individual in state and federal post-conviction habeas corpus proceedings, a domestic violence shelter organization regarding regulatory compliance issues, and various entities and organizations as amici on behalf of LGBT rights. From 2001-2002, Ms. Miller clerked for Judge Eduardo C. Robreno in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Miller received her J.D. from NYU School of Law in 2000 (member Order of the Coif), and her B.A. in public policy studies from Duke University in 1996.
