Gena Wiltsek

Before joining Children’s Rights in 2007, Gena Wiltsek practiced at Lieff, Cabraser, Heimann, & Bernstein in New York City, concentrating in national class action litigation on behalf of plaintiffs in employment and consumer fraud matters. Prior to that she spent four years at Bernabei & Katz in Washington, DC, where she represented individual plaintiffs in civil rights matters, including employment discrimination, sex harassment, and whistleblower cases.
Ms. Wiltsek received her B.A. from Yale University and her law degree from the University of Michigan Law School.
