Staff Attorney

Before joining Children’s Rights in 2011, Adam Dembrow practiced with several prominent international law firms in New York City, including Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP and Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP, where he focused on litigation, bankruptcy court proceedings, and corporate restructurings. Throughout his private practice career, Mr. Dembrow represented a variety of clients, including debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, bondholders, foreign liquidators and administrators, indenture trustees, and receivers, in both litigation and transactional matters.

Mr. Dembrow received his B.A. in history from Cornell University in 1997 and his law degree from Cornell Law School in 2000, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy.
