In states across the nation, thousands of vulnerable kids are safer and better cared for because of the victories we’ve won on their behalf and the sweeping child welfare reforms we have spurred through our work.

They’re better protected from abuse and neglect. They’re going home to safe, loving, permanent families. They’re overcoming the trauma they have suffered — and the nightmarish experiences too many endure in foster care.

But there is still much hard work to be done to protect and improve the lives of many thousands more kids who still desperately need our help.
