Joshua Rosenthal

Before joining Children’s Rights in 2012, Joshua Rosenthal clerked for the Honorable Judith M. Barzilay of the U.S. Court of International Trade and, prior to that, worked as a visiting attorney at the Center for Constitutional Rights, where he focused on litigation challenging abuses arising at Guantanamo Bay and from U.S. national security practices. Mr. Rosenthal also served as an associate at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP in New York. Mr. Rosenthal received his B.A., Phi Beta Kappa and with distinction, from the University of Wisconsin at Madison in 2005 and his J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2008, where he served as book annotations editor of the Journal of International Law and Politics and a student advocate in the International Human Rights Clinic.
